Che bella vacanza anticipata, non vi è ogni ragione per essere felice di essere accolti da un paio cortese e utile.
Ancora una volta, ci ha amato la zona.
Il tempo è stato perfetto e da Irlanda è una gioia vedere pioggia non una volta, per dieci giorni.
L'appartamento è situato in posizione ideale per la città vecchia di Antibes e Juan les Pins. Il lungomare di La Garoupe è eccellente.
Il treno di servizio e la vicinanza alla stazione rende viaggio a Nizza, Cannes Villefranche sur Mer, ecc ... molto semplice.
Ci auguriamo di poter tornare al più volte in futuro.

Che felicità di essere ricevuti da una coppia cordiale e generosa.
La vacanza inizia molto meglio di quanto avevamo sperato. Un appartamento più che piacevole e vicino al mare
N. menzogna, le persone che veramente fare il possibile per garantire che la nostra vacanza eseguire senza problemi.
Un appartamento molto, molto piacevole da vivere e con la comodità di essere confortevole, non manca niente.
Il sito è pratico, amichevole passeggiate vicino a Mentone, Monaco e Italia.
Una spiaggia sul lato piscina assicurato.
Una piacevole parco in la residenza.
Siamo super felici con il nostro soggiorno.

What a nice early holiday, there is every reason to be pleased to be greeted by a couple courteous and helpful.
Once again, we loved the area.
The weather was perfect and from Ireland is a joy not see rainfall once, for ten days.
The apartment is ideally situated for the old town of Antibes and Juan les Pins. The promenade of La Garoupe is excellent.
The train service and proximity to the station makes travel to Nice, Cannes, Villefranche sur Mer etc ... quite simple.
We hope to return to repeatedly in the future.

Inquilini decidono di utilizzare pacificamente l'edilizia abitativa, a seconda della destinazione che è stata donata dalla locazione. Non mettere a repentaglio la tranquillità del quartiere e rispettare la regolamentazione dei condomini.

E 'formalmente riconosciuta dal locatario che questo appartamento viene affittato per un periodo di cinque persone massimo, che gli animali sono consentiti solo su previo accordo.

Una descrizione dello stato di avanzamento e un inventario degli oggetti in appartamento verrà consegnato agli inquilini al loro arrivo. Avranno 48 ore di tempo per presentare le loro osservazioni, in mancanza del quale i documenti presentati saranno considerati i più precisi, e servono come base in caso di controversie.

Mr and Mrs BRASSEUR, rent the aforementioned apartment above designated, upon the following conditions:

Duration: Saturday from 15 hours to Saturday until 10 am

Price all charges included: for the duration of stay:

Deposit: 30% at fee

The balance: the handing over of the keys

Tax: 1.30 euros per day per person over tthirteen years  of age,  payable  by check to the Public Treasury surrendered to the landlord on arrival

Deposit: 900 euro to take possession of the premises, returned at the end of the stay, after deduction of  dammage or missing objects.

Housework: The apartment must be made in the state of cleanliness where he was found. Nevertheless, we can instruct us to clean up after your departure for a price of 70euro.

Tenants agree to peacefully use the housing, depending on the destination which is donated by the lease. Not to undermine the tranquillity of the neighborhood and comply with the regulation of condominiums.

It is formally recognized by the lessee that this apartment is rented for five people maximum, that animals are only allowed on prior agreement.

A description of the state of play and an inventory of objects in the apartment will be handed over to tenants on their arrival. They will have 48 hours to make their remarks, failing which the documents submitted will be considered as accurate, and serve as basis in case of disputes.

The rental should not be held liable for damage, loss or theft of personal property of tenants whatever the cause.

The insurance underwritten by the owner does not exempt the tenant to ensure, if the liability is incurred.

In case of dispute, unable to settle amicably, the parties assign exclusive jurisdiction to the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Grasse

This contract is established in two copies signed by the parties, each of which will keep a copy and will take effect upon receipt of deposit by the landlord.

The cheque deposit will be paid one month before the arrival date; it shall be forfeit in case of cancellation
