Seasonal rent contract for a furnished holiday apartment

 

Subject: Available on a temporary rental basis, governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and the special conditions provided for in this contract. The tenant may in no case set its primary or secondary residence, nor engage in business.

Mr and Mrs BRASSEUR, rent the aforementioned apartment above designated, upon the following conditions:

Duration:
Saturday from 15 hours to Saturday until 10 am

Price all charges included
: for the duration of stay:

Deposit:
30% at fee

The balance:
the handing over of the keys



Tax: 1.30 euros per day per person over tthirteen years  of age,  payable  by check to the Public Treasury surrendered to the landlord on arrival

Deposit:
900 euro to take possession of the premises, returned at the end of the stay, after deduction of  dammage or missing objects

Housework:
The apartment must be made in the state of cleanliness where he was found. Nevertheless, we can instruct us to clean up after your departure for a price of 70euro.

Tenants agree to peacefully use the housing, depending on the destination which is donated by the lease. Not to undermine the tranquillity of the neighborhood and comply with the regulation of condominiums.

It is formally recognized by the lessee that this apartment is rented for five people maximum, that animals are only allowed on prior agreement.

A description of the state of play and an inventory of objects in the apartment will be handed over to tenants on their arrival. They will have 48 hours to make their remarks, failing which the documents submitted will be considered as accurate, and serve as basis in case of disputes.

The rental should not be held liable for damage, loss or theft of personal property of tenants whatever the cause.

The insurance underwritten by the owner does not exempt the tenant to ensure, if the liability is incurred.

In case of dispute, unable to settle amicably, the parties assign exclusive jurisdiction to the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Grasse

This contract is established in two copies signed by the parties, each of which will keep a copy and will take effect upon receipt of deposit by the landlord.
